How can I change site configurations?

You can change your site configurations by contacting us at help@getopensocial.com
 

Can I recover my site after cancelling it?

Yes, but you can only recover it within 7 days after cancellation by contacting us at help@getopensocial.com
 

Can I extend the functionality of my site?

Yes, we help you extend your site through our ‘Enterprise’ service. For more information please visit our pricing page or us at help@getopensocial.com
 

Can I create multiple sites in my account?

Yes you can create multiple sites through your dashboard. The payment information across these sites will be the same.
 

Can I migrate my existing community to Open Social?

We’d be happy to help you migrate your current community to the Open Social platform for you. Just contact us at help@getopensocial.com for more information.
 

Can I change my domain settings or add a custom domain?

At the moment it is not possible to change your subdomain settings after creating your site or add a custom domain yourself. You will need to contact us and we will help you further.
